Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, optional first and last name, authentication credentials (handled securely by our provider Clerk), Clerk user identifier, trial dates and status, and any support communications you send us.
Local Device Data: The content you create within the app—including user-created meal-plan names and selections, grocery items and their check states, and your seven-day journey completion and energy check-ins—are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by Nourish.
To provide our services, we rely on trusted third parties. RevenueCat and the Apple and Google app stores process app-user identifiers, purchases, subscription status, and entitlements.
We respect your device privacy. We do not use advertising networks, data brokerage, or dedicated analytics and crash reporting SDKs. Furthermore, we do not request or access your device's location, contacts, camera, microphone, or health-device data.
We process your information strictly to provide the core functionality of Nourish: Anti-Inflammatory, manage user accounts, provide customer support, and verify subscription status and entitlements.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, though no system or transmission of data over the internet can guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. For specific instructions on how to permanently delete your account, please visit our Account Deletion page.
Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which our service providers maintain facilities.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The effective date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
