Note: We may require identity verification before processing your request.
2. What Happens Upon Deletion
Your Clerk account, profile, and Nourish server-side trial records will be deleted or de-identified.
Your local app content (such as meal plans, grocery lists, and journey check-ins) can be removed at any time by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app from your device.
Purchase and transaction records may remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or as legally required.
3. Processing Time
We target processing account deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation or follow-up sent by email once your request has been processed.
Important: Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google.
